The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services. Deviating provisions do not apply. Subsidiary agreements need to be discussed directly with the artist and require written confirmation from Oriane.

The range of products offered in the orianedefortescu.com online shop can be purchaed under the conditions stated in the oriandefortescu.com online shop.

All prices are stated in Euro and include the VAT.

By clicking on the button ADD TO CART, you place a binding order for the artwork contained in the shopping basket.

Oriane may accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. Oriane reserves the right not to accept the order if an item is no longer available, if you have unjustifiably failed to pay previous orders, if your credit card check is not successfully completed or if there are any other justified doubts about your creditworthiness. If orianedefortescu.com is unable to fulfill an order, she will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Shipping is free in Vienna.

Shipping within Austria is calculated either prior or after the artwork has been bought and is discussed directly between the artist and the buyer.

Shipping costs are to be paid for by the buyer.

The delivery time may vary depending on the size of the artwork. If delivered items have transport damage, please complain about such defects immediately.

You can choose to pay for the artworks by instant bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.

This service is operated by Stripe and offers an SSL connection through which payment is processed.

The artwork shall remain the property of Oriane until payment has been made in full.

The artwork(s) will be shipped once the payment has been made in full and received.

The artwork cannot be returned.

Note: The artworks shown on the website have been photographed. There may be minor deviations between the depiction of the artwork and the reality; mostly because of how the colour varies from one screen to another. Such deviations do not constitute a defect in the artwork ordered.

The artworks and the content displayed on orianedefortescu.com is protected by copyright laws and cannot be used for commercial purposes by others.

All contracts and agreements between the customer and orianedefortescu.com shall be governed by Austrian law.

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Vienna or the place of jurisdiction provided for by law.
